I initially appointed Celestine at Umbrella Realty as manager of my rental property after a glowing referral from a friend and several years dissatisfaction with another agency. From the moment I first made contact, Celestine was professional, knowledgeable and consistently provided accurate and timely advice - plus, she is simply lovely to deal with in general. Unlike other agents I dealt with in the area, there were never any issues with communication, she created a trusting relationship with our tenants and kept on top of maintenance issues. I greatly appreciated Celestine's instinct and market understanding when she spoke to me about selling - she knew I had been considering it but had felt that the market hasn't been right previously. In a short space of time the property was listed, with wonderful photographs showing it at its very best.  After just one home open we had multiple expressions of interest, a firm cash offer that was near the top of her recommended price range and were able to settle in just 35 days. During the settlement period, Celestine did a wonderful job of managing several maintenance issues (the previously unknown legacy of poor former property managers) as well as ensuring the tenants vacated seamlessly. As someone who has experienced all aspects of the property management spectrum in Bunbury over about a 10-year period, I can't recommend (or thank!) Celestine highly enough.
