We have had a very good experience while we were their tenant. Their response is always very quick and try to figure problems out as soon as possible. For example, when we had some troubles about hot water and slide door, they organized the company to fix and sorted them out very quickly. Also, w hen we moved the house which we rented, they introduced us a nice cleaning company and we didn't have to do anything. At that time, I was a pregnant, so it was a big help.
