Out of interest, I reached out to Matilda for an appraisal while I was planning some improvements, before re-letting the property again with Umbrella. Being in South Australia and pretty removed from the day to day, I wasn't expecting much more than a number. Matilda ended up managing the whole process for me, the staging, the improvements, all of it, and kept me in the loop the entire way. It sold in 18 days with 5 offers, well above what I was expecting. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience from this far away. Matilda showed us a few houses, she was very organised, contacting the owners in advance to notify them when we would be viewing.  She was in constant contact with us in Perth throughout the purchase of our property, very professional and made the settlement so much easier, we would definitely contact Matilda if we were to ever sell in the future.
