Lisa Sellick

Lisa’s real estate career began in 2013 as a receptionist, where she gained a valuable grounding in the day-to-day workings of a busy agency. Her interest in the industry soon saw her progress into leasing and then an assistant property manager role. It was here that Lisa discovered her passion for property management, enjoying the variety, problem-solving and responsibility that come with looking after people’s homes and investments.

Motivated to develop her career further, Lisa completed her real estate studies and became a Property Manager. Having worked across several roles within an agency, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the rental process and an appreciation of the support owners and tenants need at each stage.

Lisa understands that an investment property represents years of hard work and an important part of an owner’s future. She takes pride in helping owners care for their properties, with a focus on maintaining their condition and protecting their long-term value. She also recognises that, for tenants, the property is their home, making respectful communication and a practical approach essential to successful property management.

The complexities and challenges of the role are what Lisa enjoys most. Whether she is working through an issue, coordinating the next step or helping a tenancy run smoothly, she finds satisfaction in bringing the many moving parts together. No two days are ever the same and that is exactly how she likes it.
